hreatening combination. Safety (of yourself and others) is more important than productivity or deadlines.
Are you having trouble staying awake? Should you take a break?
If you answer YES to 3 or more of these questions, you should take a break.
1. Have you drifted onto the shoulder of the roadway?
2. Have you driven over roadside rumble strips?
3. Are you driving on the white lines?
4. Are your eyes closing or going out of focus by themselves?
5. Have you been yawning, blinking frequently, or head nodding?
6. Are your eyes starting to burn?
7. Have you been shaking you head to stay awake?
8. Did you roll down your window for some fresh air?
9. Do you need caffeine or chocolate to help you stay alert?
10. Are you not able to remember the last warning sign you passed?
