How to Get Your Nevada Driving Record
You can obtain your Nevada driving record online for a fee of $7.00 here (3 year record only). If you do not wish to obtain your record online or need a 10 year or school bus record, you may get your record by mail or in person.
In Person
Visit any Nevada DMV location, present your driver's license and pay your $7 fee.
By Mail
Mail a signed letter with your full name, address, daytime phone number, date of birth, Social Security number, driver license number, reason for request and $7 check or money order to the following address:
