An odometer disclosure statement is required where applicable under the Truth in Mileage Act of 1986, and owner of a vehicle previously registered outside of state must surrender certificate, registration card or other evidence. In addition, a dealer is directed to make specific inquiry as to buyer's street address, city, and county, or township and county, of residence before filling in this information.
