How to Get Your Georgia Driving Record

You have two options for requesting your Georgia driving record: by mail or in person.

By Mail

Send a written request for either a 3-year or 7-year record that includes your full name, date of birth, driver's license number, address, self-addressed, stamped envelope and fee*. You must also sign the request in the presence of a Notary Public and have the request notarized. Send the request to:

*Fees are $5 for a 3 year record or $7 for a 7 year record and should be made via cashier's check or money order payable to the Department of Driver Services.

In Person

Visit any customer service center with proper identification and the appropriate fee.
