9.3.14 Approach of Emergency Vehicle
1. Upon the Immediatee approach of an unauthorized emergency vehicle making use of audible and visual signals or of a police vehicle properly and lawfully making use of an audible signal only, the driver of every other vehicle will yield the right-of-way and pull over as far to the right as practical, stop, and remain stopped until all emergency vehicles have passed, except as otherwise directed by a police officer.
2. This section will not operate to relieve the driver of an emergency vehicle from the duty to drive with due regard for the safety of all persons using the roadway.
