How to Get Your Michigan Driving Record
You have three options for requesting your Michigan driving record: in person, by mail or by telephone.
In Person
To complete your driving record request in person and receive your records the same day, please visit the Michigan driving record same day service page for details.
By Mail
Complete a driving records request form. Mail it along with the appropriate payment to the following address:

Call 517-322-1624 durnig regular business hours (8 a.m - 5 p.m. EST) or follow the automated prompts after-hours to reach the 24-hour voicemail system. You will be required to give your driver's license number, full name, date of birth and credit card for the record request fee.
