You can obtain your New Hampshire driving record by completing a release of motor vehicle records (download it here). Follow the instructions on the document to complete it and select the type of record you need (certified or non-certified), then take it or mail it along with the $8 fee for a non-certified copy or $10 fee for a certified copy to the following address:
