How to Get Your New Jersey Driving Record
You have three options for ordering your New Jersey driving record: online, in person or by mail.
Online
Visit http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/online/driverhistory.shtml (must allow pop-ups) and follow the steps to complete your record request.
In Person
Visit any of the available New Jersey motor vehicle facilities and purchase your record directly.
By Mail
Call the gernal information line at (888) 486-3339 (out-of-state call (609) 292-6500) and request option 6 to request your Driver History Abstract form. Complete the form and mail it along with a $10 check or money order to:
