School Buses
New Mexico Statutes §66-7-347(A) Same as UVC 11-705(a). The stop must be ≥ 10 feet (3 m) away. A school bus driver may signal traffic to proceed.
§66-7-348 Flashing warning signal lights may be used when children are boarding or alighting from any school bus but not at other times.
