You can obtain your New York driving record by ordering online or by the mail. To request your record online, simply visit http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/driverabstract/default.html and complete the application online (your records will be mailed to you).

To request your records by mail, download the New York DMV request form and follow the instructions to complete it and mail it to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
