How to Get Your North Carolina Driving Record

You can obtain your North Carolina driving record  by mail or in person at the North Carolina DMV headquarters in Raleigh.

First, complete the driving record request form, include the appropriate fee for the type of record you want, then mail them or bring them to the DMV Headquarters.
