How to Get Your Ohio Driving Record

You can obtain your Ohio driving record by mail or in person.

By Mail 

Complete the Ohio record request form and mail it with your $2.00 fee (payable by check) to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (address is provided on record request form).

In Person

You can obtain your driving record from any local deputy registrar license agency for a fee of $5.50 (necessary forms can be obtained at the license agency).
