How to Get Your Wyoming Driving Record
A copy of your Wyoming driving record can be obtained for a fee of $5.00 through
the Wyoming Department of Transportation. You must first download and complete the
Wyoming driving record form by visiting
http://dot.state.wy.us/Default.jsp?sCode=drvfm and selecting the document
at the bottom of the page ("Driving Record and Personal Info Release 11E.pdf").
After filling out the form, you may either present it in person to the Wyoming Department
of Transportation Driver Services or mail it (with your $5.00 fee) to the following
