Distracted Driving Avoidance Course

With a judge's permission, first-time offenders of Oregon's hands-free driving law can complete this course to avoid paying a fine. Offered in partnership with At Your Pace Online, the online program is approved by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT).

The 90-minute course provides an overview of Oregon's hands-free laws and the dangers of being distracted. You'll learn about the types of distractions that contribute to accidents, state crash statistics, teen driving risks and effective crash prevention techniques. You can do this all from the convenience of your computer, tablet or mobile device.
