How to Get Your Michigan Driving Record

You have three options for requesting your Michigan driving record: in person, by mail or by telephone.

By Mail

Complete a driving records request form. Mail it along with the appropriate payment to the following address:

Telephone

Call 517-322-1624 durnig regular business hours (8 a.m–5 p.m. EST) or follow the automated prompts after-hours to reach the 24-hour voicemail system. You will be required to give your driver's license number, full name, date of birth and credit card for the record request fee.
